You can make a one-time payment any time. You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or by electronic check. Refer to the invoice you received from the Maryland Department of Health if necessary.
Employed Individuals with Disabilities (EID) Premium Payment

Increased Community Services (ICS) Assessment Payment
You must pay the assessment payment amount listed on your monthly invoice. Failure to make payment may result in your account being sent to collections and loss of Medicaid benefits.
If the ACH payment type is selected, please make sure your banking institution has released any debit blocks (if applicable) for Originating ID 1522077581 to ensure successful payment.
